Arm and Leg Cast Covers are designed to fit snugly, especially the opening at the end of the cast cover where the arm and leg cast covers must remain sealed. To create a good vacuum seal the opening for your specific cast cover opening needs to be smaller than your limb. Don't be concerned if the Get Wet Stay Dry XeroSox seems too long, because the extra length will just collapse in on itself when the vacuum is created. The most important measurement is always the circumference more than the length. Make sure you measure around the skin and not around the cast.
